A coffee to take your breath away. This extremely well balanced blend combining Brazil Monte Alegra "natural", El Salvador high grown organic and the low acid, deep intense Sulawesi "toraja", combined with the sweet fragment Ethiopia and a small amount of the highest quality India Robusta cherry AB. The blend brings a good body, fine aroma and fruity complexities .

This is the type of coffee your mother warned you about. A great coffee that suits all types of coffee extractions.

Review : To be clear, I like a robust coffee. Something that can give you that uppercut you need in the morning. For me, African Safari is the favourite in the range, but I understand not everyone likes coffee like I do. So I thought I'd let you know that Blend 4: Brazilian Mistress, is my close second. It's still a strong blend but it is definitely smoother on the palette. If you're somewhere in between on the scale of strong vs smooth, then this might be worth a try. I did enjoy it. The service provided by Andrew is also exceptional.

Hi, I would like to try some of your roasted coffee beans. I have been buying primarily Brazilian coffee for some years because I like the nutty/caramel flavour. Can you recommend which of your blends are not bitter, but have a nutty/chocolate or caramel type flavour. Regards Syd
